1) These terms and conditions offer the information about Walk in Bathroom Ltd and provide the information on how we sell goods to you the consumer on www.walkinbathroom.co.uk website. The term we, us or our refers to Walk in Bathroom Ltd.
2) These terms and conditions will form a contract between us and you for the use of our website and any transactions you make. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and ensure you understand them before you use www.walkinbathroom.co.uk. The contract shall be solely between you and us and not any other party.
3) We recommend you print or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website, continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. Ordering
1) To order from our website, you will be guided through either our configurator or product range to individually select products.
2) All orders need to be checked by you at the end of the order process to ensure there are no errors before completing your order.
3) All orders will require you to go through our secure checkout and enter your payment details to complete your purchase.
4) Once payment has been made you will receive an email to acknowledge your order has been received.
5) If for any reason after payment has been received for your order we can not fulfil your order and cancellation is required or there may be a delay in the delivery of your order. We shall inform you as soon as possible via telephone or email. Should we then need to cancel your order any payments that have been made shall be refunded in full.
6) Should you need to amend an order;
i) If for any reason you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible and should your order not yet have been picked we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch or within 14 days of receiving your order. The 14-day cancellation period shall start from the date of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order please do so in writing to our email address [email protected]. Please quote your order number. After 14 days of receiving your order, you will not be able to cancel the order.
Once goods have been received you will receive your refund in 14 days. All goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging, any products damaged whilst in your possession will not be eligible for refund.
The return cost for any cancelled orders by you shall be your responsibility, you will need to arrange shipping and ensure products are safely returned to us.
Returns
We are sure you shall be satisfied with your order. However, should you not be completely satisfied, or your product is not as you expect we operate a 30 day returns policy. You have 30 days upon receipt of your order to contact us and arrange a return where;
i) Products delivered to you are not as described on our website
ii) The products are damaged when you receive your order
1) All products, unless faulty or not as described must be returned to us in the original packaging. Any products not returned to us in the original packaging, your refund may reflect this.
2) Products should be inspected on delivery, and damages reported to us within 48 hours, where items have been received damaged, we will arrange the collection of products where necessary. We will ask for images of products for us to establish the best course of action for returns.
3) Unless items are faulty or not as described the cost and arrangement of returns shall be your responsibility.
4) Refunds shall be made to the original payment method used to place your order.
5) Any products returned to us are your responsibility, we will not be responsible for the cost of any products returned to us which we do not receive. We advise that when arranging returns you use a tracked service or a signed for upon receipt of products being delivered to us.

Delivery
1) We aim to despatch orders 1-2 working days after your order is placed and make deliveries 3-5 days after despatch of your goods. Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays, and this should be considered when placing your order and the time scale in which you expect to receive your order.
2) We aim to make delivery of all your goods together in one order. If for any reason this is not possible, we shall advise you before your order is despatched.
3) All orders placed over £250.00 shall be delivered free of charge to postcodes in England, Wales and certain parts of Scotland. Deliveries outside of these areas may be subject to a delivery cost. This will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery of orders under £250.00 shall be subject to a charge which will be calculated at check out.
4) Products you have ordered will be delivered to the address which you enter when placing your order. This may be different to your billing address. However, once your order is placed we are unable to change your delivery address. Any errors in your address when placing your order which may cause products to be delivered to the wrong address shall not be our responsibility, therefore, any cost occurred to rectify the issue or any loss of products shall be your responsibility.
5) Goods will be delivered either on pallets or by parcel.
i) All larger items shall be delivered on a pallet. Any smaller items, such as accessories shall be delivered as a parcel.
ii) Pallet deliveries shall be used for heavy, large and fragile items. Pallet deliveries shall be delivered to kerbside location at the delivery address. You will be required to unload the products off the pallet yourself. We recommend you have somebody help you to do this.
iii) Parcel deliveries will only be used for smaller items such as accessories.
6) All items are required to be checked on receipt of delivery. Please report any damages to the driver if they are obvious on delivery. Should you unpackage your items and note damages please inform us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance on what to do next.
7) Should there be nobody available at the address to accept the order, the carrier company will return the delivery to the depot and rearrangement of delivery will be required. If any products are returned to us and you require redelivery, you will be required to pay a redelivery charge. Charges will be discussed with you and payable before redelivery will be made.
8) Products once delivered and payment have been received shall be your responsibility, you will own the products from this point and all responsibility for them shall be yours.
Payment
1) We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
2) Any buy now pay later options or pay in 3 will follow the terms of the provider in which offer these services, not us. Further information can be found on the providers website.
3) All Prices stated include 20% VAT.
Discounts
1) Only one discount can be used per order.
2) If any discounts have been applied to your order, you will be refunded in accordance to the amount paid with the discount.
